Abstract

In this presentation, 10 qualities of leadership are provided. The 10 Qualities stem from the experience of the presenter validated by the readings of several contemporary books and quotations of historical figures. The sources of the validation are partly from business writers (i.e., Jim Collins), historical icons (Winston Churchill) and others that may seem as humorous outliers at first (i.e., a work of fiction). It is hopeful that a lively discussion will ensue at the conclusion of the presentation to offer the opportunity to offer critical observations, added experiences, and opportunities to enhance everyone’s leadership abilities.
