Abstract

Halliburton’s Supply Chain Management Program is a 2.5 year leadership development program with 5 rotations across various geographies and product lines. With more than 40,000 employees representing 130 nationalities, Halliburton has a massive global footprint, and the SCMP program leverages on Halliburton’s diversity and talent by having you lead high-impact projects in changing business settings with coaching from our executives. Biography

Pranathi Rao is a graduate from the Supply Chain Management Program (‘23). With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, she joined Halliburton as an SCMP in 2020. Over the course of the next 2.5 years, she rotated through a variety of departments (production, procurement, planning) across Singapore and Houston in project lead and supervisory roles. Her projects took to her Poland, allowed her to work with vendors across the globe and brought her to Houston, TX, where she is now a Quality Supervisor for the Drill Bits manufacturing facility.
