The University of Houston Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering’s Lean Six Sigma program is proud to provide Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level training focused specifically towards healthcare professionals through our partnership with the UT Health-School of Public Health’s Fleming Center, under the direction of Dr. Lee Revere. In this course, our online, Green Belt level training, which is provided to participants through a learning management system, is paired with face-to-face sessions lead by healthcare practitioners that are highly trained and experienced in using Lean Six Sigma in healthcare settings. This type of innovative, hybrid/blended course provides the type of support that healthcare professionals need to learn the Lean Six Sigma methodology in an active and hands-on way.
